The client’s website felt outdated and disjointed, making it difficult for users to understand the firm’s services or take action. The layout lacked hierarchy, the mobile experience was frustrating, and essential contact information was buried. This created friction for potential clients looking to get in touch, ultimately hurting engagement and trust.

I started by mapping out the user journey and identifying key friction points through the original layout. From there, I built a fully responsive site in Framer with a clean CMS, clearly labeled CTAs, and a contact page designed to convert. Every page was built to guide the user naturally, from first impression to action.

The new website launched with a seamless UX, clear content structure, and intuitive navigation. Visitors could easily contact the firm, book consultations, and explore services. The redesign improved engagement, reduced bounce rate, and gave the client a confident digital presence that reflects their professionalism.

This project was a full redesign of a local law firm’s website with the goal of improving user experience, increasing client inquiries, and modernizing their online presence. The previous site lacked clarity, visual hierarchy, and mobile responsiveness—making it difficult for users to find information or get in touch.
